The CINC Homeowner and Board App provides a streamlined, mobile-compatible platform for managing community association affairs. It consolidates essential functions such as payment processing, account management, and access to community information within a single interface.

Existing users who possess login credentials for the association’s website can seamlessly access the app using the same email address and password. New users without current login credentials are encouraged to register by clicking the registration button and submitting their information. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to set your password, enabling direct login via the app.

If you already have a login but cannot recall your password, select the Forgot Password option, enter your email address to request a reset, and follow the instructions in the received email to establish a new password. Once reset, you can log in with your email and updated password.

Once authenticated, homeowners gain immediate access to multiple features including:

• Easily switching between multiple properties
• Homeowner Dashboard for quick overview
• Access to association documents
• Community directories and photo galleries
• Contact Us page for communication
• Online assessment payments
• Violation management—add comments and upload pictures directly from a mobile device
• Submission of Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with attachments such as photos
• Viewing homeowner ledger details
• Submitting and monitoring work orders, with options to add comments and attach photos from mobile devices

Board members are afforded additional functionalities including:

• Managing Board Tasks
• Reviewing Architectural Control Committee submissions
• Accessing Board-related documents
• Monitoring violation reports
• Approving invoices
